Live group session and discussion
Practical integration guidance

Month 4 — Marketing Integration
Individual Zoom with Tori
Focus: Clear positioning and aligned messaging
Participants receive a one-on-one marketing integration review focused on how TOMA treatments are positioned and communicated within their practice. Sessions are designed to help practitioners present their services with clarity, confidence, and alignment—without overpromising or diluting clinical integrity.

One individualized marketing integration review
Feedback on menu language, treatment descriptions, or positioning
Clear, implementable recommendations tailored to your practice
Month 5 — Skin Conditions
Live Group Zoom Session in July
Focus: Treating real skin concerns with nuance and intention
This live group session focuses on how to assess and treat a range of common and complex skin conditions using TOMA protocols with clarity and confidence. The emphasis is on clinical reasoning—how to choose techniques and products based on the individual in front of you, rather than relying on rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all approaches.
The session is designed to be inclusive of practitioners from varied backgrounds, whether skincare is a core part of your training or a newer area of focus. Concepts are grounded in practical application, helping participants build confidence in protocol selection, product use, and treatment adjustments across different skin presentations.
Includes:
Live group session led by Tori and Marla
Case-based discussion of common and complex skin conditions
Guidance on technique and product selection
Clinical nuance, adaptability, and troubleshooting
Month 6 — Case Studies & Program Completion
Live Group Zoom Session in August
Focus: Synthesis, reflection, and next steps
The final live session brings the cohort together for a guided case study review and program completion. Each participant presents a case study demonstrating how TOMA protocols were integrated into their practice over the course of the program.
To support thoughtful preparation, participants receive a case study assignment and checklist early in the program, outlining the information, observations, and documentation to gather in anticipation of this final session. This ensures the focus remains on learning and integration rather than last-minute preparation.
The session emphasizes clinical reasoning, reflection, and synthesis—bringing together technique, protocol selection, and decision-making—while creating space to clarify next steps beyond the program.
Includes:
Live, facilitated case study review
Program synthesis and reflection
Certificate of completion
5.5 CEUs (CA and NCCAOM pending) awarded upon completion
Length and format of case study submissions will be provided during the program.
At first try I was not sold on this! I am not sure if I didn’t have a major skin issue to repair at the time. But let me tell you, a couple nights of a thicker application absolutely saved my winter skin that was suffering. I tried almost every product in my skincare collection, even got a facial, before reaching for this again and WHOA. You will not catch me without this again.
